Serving Our Community

We desire to represent Christ to those around us in our daily living. We also want to support and work alongside other organizations bringing Christ’s love to our community.

“If anyone wants to be first he must be the very last and servant to all.” Mark 9:35

Further God’s Kingdom With A Little Conversation
Learn what you have in common with people of other cultures and develop relationships with international students as they practice their English. Learn about the different ways to be involved with weekly “Conversation Café” and/or monthly dinners. Come with your life group or come as a family or come alone and make new friends. Although simple, this International Student Ministry is an effective approach to reaching the nations.

ACTION – Serve. Together.

Vision: To share the love of Christ through acts of service that change lives and strengthen our communities

ACTION was borne out of a desire to network churches, agencies and businesses together to collectively serve the ever increasing level of needs throughout our community. Today, over 100 churches, numerous agencies and many firms in the business community support this fledgling non-profit 501(c)3 organization which engages thousands of volunteers to serve on hundreds of projects as followers of Christ. We focus primarily on seniors, disabled residents, under resourced families, the homeless population and at-risk youth.

Visit ACTION’s website on how you can get involved.
