We are seeking a relational, spiritually mature leader to join our team as Associate Pastor with a focus on NextGen ministries, reaching and discipling students and young adults. The Bridge has long been known as a Bible teaching church that engages the community through service and outreach. We are also a multicultural church with a vision for integration between the English and Spanish ministries.

 

In This Role You Will:

• Oversee all NextGen Ministries.

• Serve as Associate Pastor.

• Develop Ministry Teams: build and train teams to effectively disciple students and young adults.

• Serve as an Engaging Communicator: teach biblical truth with clarity and relevance.

• Collaborate: share life and ministry with the staff, ministry teams, parents, and the church family.

• Lead with Cultural Awareness and Sensitivity: honor the diverse cultures and backgrounds in The Bridge. You do not need to be bilingual, but must lead with cultural understanding.

• Prioritize Relationships: build teams and lead ministries with an emphasis on people over programs.
